status report of the project throughout the development cycle. Our systems are
designed to keep the owner/client fully informed at all times of the critical aspects
of the project. CM&D provides the owner/client with complete minutes, notes and
periodic reports to document the administration and progress of the project. Weekly
development meetings are hosted where direction is given, progress is recorded and
action logs are created to establish accountability and ensure a smooth development
flow. A comprehensive PCG (Project Control Group) meeting is held once a month with
the project stakeholders where all components of the development are reviewed and
owner/client direction is sought. This process results in consistent coordinated
execution of the owner/client development plan and ensures that the owner/client
financial goals and objectives are being met.
