KA'ANAPALI OCEAN RESORT VILLAS
Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas is a phased timeshare project located on the island of Maui - literally a stone’s throw from the world-renowned Ka’anapali beach. Phase 1, which was completed in late September 2003, included the 6-story, 103-unit Building “A” and the Clubhouse/Sales Center. Guests can enjoy the many recreational amenities such as a heated swimming pool with slide, pool bar, tennis courts, and steam and sauna rooms. Other conveniences include a general store, Kids Club, and a fitness center.
Phase 2 construction began in March 2003 and includes Buildings “B” and “C”, which are similar in design and construction to Building “A”. These buildings will add another 177 guest rooms to the entire project. Completion of Phase 2 is slated for the first quarter of 2005.
