WESTIN DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
The Westin Denver International Airport is an airport hotel located in close proximity and integrated into the main terminal facility via a pedestrian bridge. The first phase of the Project will provide a 518-guestroom facility with a total of 420,000 sq. ft. plus a four story, 170 space parking structure for a valet operation; conference /ballrooms, meeting rooms, pre-function spaces, full-service health club, restaurant, 24-hour room service and related support facilities. The second phase of the Project will allow for an additional 500-guestroom tower. The facility's architectural aesthetic character, interior design, space development, furniture, fixtures and equipment, amenities and it's customer service accommodations will meet the Mobil Hotel Rating Criteria of "Three Stars" and the American Automobile Association "Four Diamond" ratings. Construction is currently on hold.
