Hotels, Resorts & Casinos SEATTLE SHERATON EXPANSION The expansion of the Seattle Sheraton involves the construction of a second tower on the same property at 1400 Sixth Avenue in downtown Seattle, Washington. The new tower will be nineteen stories tall and located on the southern portion of the property.
