HILTON SEATTLE HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER
The renovation and expansion of the existing Hilton Seattle Airport Hotel was accomplished in close coordination with the City of SeaTac. The scope of work entailed the demolition of an existing gas station and portion of the existing hotel, remedial work to mitigate hazardous soil conditions on the site of the existing gas station, and new buildings. The demolished portion of the existing hotel contained a small guestroom wing, the interior of the lobby, and bar and restaurant areas. The new design incorporated prefunction space. New buildings added 265 guestrooms, lobby, bar and restaurant, and an exterior covered Porte cochere. A conference center (approx. 38,000 sq.ft.) was built on top of a new parking structure at the rear of the property.
