Senior Project Manager - Locations: Continental US (Hawaii/New York), Korea, South America (Panama/Costa Rica), Middle East (Dubai/Abu Dhabi), & Bangkok, Thailand
Provides full time leadership of the project management team. Manages owner relations, coordination of daily staff assignments, monthly staff and owners' meetings, major signatory correspondence, cost exposures and forecasts, cash flow projections, scheduling and bid documents/RFP preparation. Requirements: 15+ years of Project Management expertise in the construction industry and at least a Bachelor degree in Engineering or Architecture. Graduate degree or project management certification is a plus.
Must be computer literate and capable of using MS Office (Word, Excel, & MS Project).

Responsible for managing pay application review, preparing agendas for coordination meetings, evaluating the scope and cost of all change proposals and hosting coordination meetings and monthly owner's meetings. Also manages FF&E consultants, design quality control and the value engineering process. Requirements: 7+ years of project management experience for vertical construction projects and at least a Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture. Graduate degree or project management certification preferred.
Must be computer literate and capable of using MS Office (Word, Excel, & MS Project).

Assistant Project Managers – Location: Bangkok, Thailand
The Assistant Project Manager works closely with the Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager to ensure that all aspects of our services are being delivered at the highest level to ensure that the Client/Owner is satisfied. Track all submittals, RFI’s, proposals, schedules and design addendums. Prepares monthly owner's project status reports, manages punch list, project closeout and daily job walk/reports. Requirements: 1-3+ years of project management experience and at least a Bachelors Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture. A graduate degree in a technical area or business, or project management certification is a plus. Must be computer literate and capable of using MS Office (Word, Excel, & MS Project).

Expat Senior Project Superintendents - Location: Bangkok, Thailand
The ideal candidate will be someone who worked their way up through the field and has been in a superintendent position for at least the last 5 years. Previous experience with commercial ground up construction, preferably hotel experience & MEP trade knowledge. Knowledgeable in all aspects of construction including technology, equipment, methods, field engineering, materials, safety and scheduling. Must be computer literate and capable of using MS Office (Word, Excel, & MS Project).

Estimator - Locations: Hawaii, New York
Expertise in estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing. Ability to reconcile/negotiate complicated bids, taking order of magnitude estimates from conceptual bidding through final estimate and project planning experience. Understands all facets of estimating: Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, & Electrical. Knowledgeable in Excel, Word, Timberline, and project scheduling software and ability to create model programs in Uniform at or CSI format. Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering preferred to include 3-5 years of estimating experience in building construction.

Project Accountant - Location: Bangkok, Thailand
The Project Accountant is responsible for the accurate monthly accounting of project related financial data. Duties and responsibilities include: Accurately processes client billing to ensure projects are billed completely.
Track subcontractor invoices and payment, and update job costing information to determine validity of postings, process and reconcile contract changes, process subcontractor’s requisitions and vendor invoices and
process budget updates and cost transfers. BA or MBA degree in accounting with minimum of 2-4 years of working experience in the accounting field. CPA license and prior industry experience in construction cost accounting preferred. High level of PC skills to include accounting software. Able to read and understand contracts.
